Online, that's not possible yet, so we built a way to try us out with less risk: a 30-day, risk-free trial on your first purchase in a new product category, consider it our version of the smell test.

From the date your order arrives, take your time to wash, dry, soak, and get a real feel for Dropps. If it's not the right fit, contact our customer support team and, if you're not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund.

Rules and exclusions:

• Trial terms apply only to your first purchase in a new product category. Repeat purchases are covered by our general return policy instead.
• Refund requests must be received within 30 days of delivery.
• Our team reserves the right to decline refunds deemed a misuse of this policy.
• Bulk orders and promotional bundles aren't covered by the Risk-Free Trial.
• The trial applies to one 64-count box per product.
• Please don't refuse a shipment upon delivery, refused shipments aren't eligible for refunds.
