Brick and mortar stores allow you to uncap a bottle, breathe deep, and make an easy decision on the spot, but smelling through a screen is just not possible (yet). That's why we've made giving us a spin easy with a 30 day, risk-free trial on your first purchase - consider it our smell test!

From the date of your order's arrival, take your time to wash, dry, soak, and smell the Dropps experience. Should you decide we aren't right for you, contact our customer support team to let us know how it’s going, and if you’re not satisfied we will provide you with a full refund!

*Please note that trial terms are valid only on your first purchase of products in a new category* Subsequent purchases are covered by our general terms and conditions. Our service team is always here to help and we will do everything possible to make sure you always have an experience you can believe in! Requests for refunds will only be entertained if received within 30 days of the order being delivered and our team reserves the right to refuse refunds deemed an abuse of policy or do not adhere to our CX Charter. Note that bulk orders and promotional bundles are not covered by our trial terms. Please do not refuse a shipment upon delivery. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds.
