General Return Policy

 At Dropps, we put our sustainability mission into action right down to our crazy clean quality guarantee. We love our products and we are sure you will too! If for some reason, you have had a poor experience, please let us know what went wrong. With sustainability in mind, we will always offer a resolution that takes our planet and your needs into account!

If we are unable to provide the right suggestions or remedies, let us know and we will help initiate a return for eligible orders.

 

 

Fine Print

 Requests for refunds will only be entertained if received within 30 days of the order being delivered.

Please do not refuse a shipment upon delivery. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds.

Our team reserves the right to refuse resolutions that are deemed an abuse of policy or do not adhere to our CX charter

We are unable to cover the cost of return or original shipping, Orders will be refunded within 48 hours of being processed by our warehouse.
