General Return Policy

 At Dropps, we put our sustainability mission into action right down to our crazy clean quality guarantee. We love our products and we are sure you will too! If for some reason, you have had a poor experience, please let us know what went wrong. With sustainability in mind, we will always offer a resolution that takes our planet and your needs into account!

If we are unable to provide the right suggestions or remedies, let us know and we will help initiate a return for eligible orders.

 

 

Conditions

  • Requests for refunds will only be reviewed if received within 30 days of the order being delivered.
  • Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return/refund. Products that are no longer sealed within their original outer box will not be eligible for a return.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment upon delivery. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Our team reserves the right to refuse resolutions that are deemed an abuse of policy or do not adhere to our CX charter
  • If this is your first order with us, please refer to our Risk-Free Trial FAQ page.
  • We are unable to cover the cost of return or original shipping, Orders will be refunded within 48 hours of being processed by our warehouse.
  • Please note that subscribers who have marked Dropps emails as spam and therefore are not able to receive reminder emails are excluded from our refund and return policy.
