It depends on how you're ordering.

One-time purchases: Your card is charged immediately at checkout, and you'll receive an email confirmation right after your purchase is complete.

Subscription orders: Your card is charged early in the morning on the day your subscription renews and your order processes. You'll get a reminder email 4 days before renewal with your name, shipping address, order items, order total, and ship date.

You can modify or cancel your subscription order anytime before the ship date by logging into your account. If you need to make changes on the ship date itself, email us at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.
