What is your Promotions and Discount Policy?

We frequently run promotions for all kinds of reasons, most of which require a code. Here are a few things to keep in mind when using a Dropps discount:

Only one discount code may be used per order. (this includes referral, promotional, and partner codes). Codes cannot be used for a combined discount.
Discounts and promotions are not applicable to bulk or wholesale products.
If you forget to use a code on your order, be sure to contact us within 48 hours of your purchase - we’re happy to take care of the adjustment retroactively, but are unable to do so beyond this window of time.
Discount codes will apply to one transaction only, unless stated otherwise. If an already used discount stays visible on your subscription beyond its initial use, this will not apply a second time. You can contact us at [email protected] for confirmation, if you are unsure either way!
If you are having trouble getting a code applied to your order, please contact our support team prior to placing your order. We are unable to honor invalid or expired discounts that were unsuccessfully applied to a processed order. We are happy to confirm a code’s expiration date and terms if any application issues arise.
