Edit Subscription Ship Date or FrequencyUpdated 7 days ago

We try to make it as easy as possible to adjust your subscriptions. Here's how!

1. Log into your Account

2. Select "Subscriptions" in the dropdown menu.

3. Click "Send now" to send your next shipment immediately, "REschedule" to pick a date that will work best for your next shipment, or  next to the Subscription Item (or "Skip" if you just want to skip your next order").

4. If choosing a custom next ship date, select "Reschedule" and then select "Choose a specific date" and save changes.

5. Once a change has been made and saved, be sure to refresh your browser window to ensure any changes made have taken. If you have any questions or would like further adjustments or validation of changes made, reach out to us at [email protected]!
