If you haven't already reached out to us to help with any trouble you may be experiencing, please do! For those who are ready to cancel, we try to make it as easy as possible to edit your wash plan. 
You can cancel or modify your subscription by following these steps:

1. Log into your Account
2. Choose "Subscriptions" on the dropdown menu.

3. Click "Subscriptions" on the menu on the ride panel of the susbcription page.

4. Select "edit" under the subscription you would like to cancel.

5. Select "cancel" under the susbcription.

6. Let us know any other reason you are choosing to cancel (or don't - again, this part is optional).

7. Wait for the following cancellation confirmation page to appear. If you do not make it to the confirmation page, your order has not been successfully cancelled. Please refresh your subscription tab to ensure this is complete!

Please note, editing and cancelling one subscription will not cancel all subscriptions. Subscription adjustments and cancellations must be done on each individual subscription. If you need any assistance in this process, just send us a message at [email protected] - we're here to help!
