Why can't I view my active subscriptions?Updated a month ago

If you received a message asking you to update your payment method on file, but upon logging in see no active subscriptions, this is due to a quirk in our system that will remove subscriptions until they have a valid payment method associated with them again.

If you are unsure of what subscriptions you have active, and want to check prior to updating your payment method, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] to confirm. Otherwise simply update your payment method on file and your subscriptions should appear and begin shipping as normal!
