So your latest shipment looks a little more basic than the packaging you're used to seeing from us; we understand the confusion and are here to explain! We recently began transitioning our packaging to a new design, and in a conscious effort to prevent waste, are gradually moving over to new and improved boxes as we run out of the old. 

What can you look forward to as our packaging transitions? Everything we’ve been hearing in feedback from customers like you! Expect an improved sustainability profile, with nearly 20% lighter paperboard, curbside recyclability, and more compact dimensions to fit in small spaces even easier. Our redesign also includes brighter more recognizable colors, clearer printing, and improved text placement for better on shelf readability. We even added usage instructions directly to our boxes - no more second guessing the what, where, and when in your cleaning routine!

We’ve worked hard on our updated packaging and know if you’re reading this, you were looking forward to receiving it. We can assure you within the coming weeks all packaging will be transitioned, meaning depending on your next order date, future shipments should include our new and improved boxes.
