What do I do if pod contents get into my eyes or is ingested?Updated 5 months ago

Dropps pods containing enzymes and surfactants that are not intended to be handled in their unpodded and undiluted form. The liquid inside our pods is harmful if put into mouth, swallowed or in eyes. All proper storage, handling, and usage instructions should be followed closely to ensure safety, including keeping products out of the reach of children and pets. Our team is here to help in any way we can, however we are not able to evaluate medical situations or provide medical advice. Please follow the below guidance if you are questioning whether medical attention may be needed:

  • If product comes in contact with eyes, immediately flush with water and/or saline solution for as long as possible, and seek immediate medical attention.

  • If a pod has been ingested, please, call poison control at 1-800-222-1222, and seek immediate medical attention. You can access ingredient lists and MSDS on each product page under “See All Ingredients” or in our MSDS FAQ for reference.

  • If a pet has ingested a pod, please refer to the ingredients list found on each product page, contact the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at 888-426-4435, and seek immediate veterinary care.
