How do I remove pod residue from my clothes?Updated 2 months ago

If you ever notice detergent residue on your clothes, it’s easy to fix! Residue can occasionally appear if the washer is overloaded, the cycle time is too short, or if the pod doesn't get enough water flow, as these factors might prevent the pod from fully dissolving.

Here’s how to remove detergent residue:

  1. Soak the item in warm to hot water. If the residue has already dried, soak the item until the residue softens or dissolves. This may take longer if the residue is set.

  2. Rewash the item on a warm or hot setting and check that the residue is removed prior to drying.

For best results, avoid overloading your washer and ensure enough water flow for the pod to dissolve fully.
