Dropps FAQ

Our warehouses operate during normal 9am to 5pm EST working hours; they are not operational during weekends or holidays.  While we do not offer expedited services, most deliveries will arrive within 5 business days of payment. Orders under $29 will incur a $10 shipping fee. If you need help syncing subscriptions to prevent these fees, just let us know!

All Dropps products, save our Wool Dryer Balls, are both vegan and cruelty-free!

Dropps pods are proudly manufactured in the US!

Where are Dropps manufactured?

Orders ship Monday through Friday and will typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day of processing.
